The purchase price is broken into two sections
The cost for the Business, software, office assets and Australian Credit License is: $2.8 million.
The outstanding rental income that is yet to be received is $1.6 million. We are comfortable to discount this residual income by 20% ensuring the new owners have an immediate and significant cash flow and income. This becomes $1.28 million.
The full Purchase Price becomes $4.08 million This Purchase price will remain the same for a period of two months. The rental income trail continues to build daily but we are prepared to hold this price for a period of 2 months at which time, we will adjust the price to reflect the increase in rental contracts written and ready to receive payments.
